摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the inhibition of stability of a passing sheet by reciprocity of the automatic rolling-down correction by an automatic sheet thickness controlling function to the manual rolling-down intervention by an operator and to control sheet thickness under a stable rolling state when a material is passed in hot rolling. CONSTITUTION:When a rolled stock is bitten successively into hot continuous mills, a rolling-down corrected amount in plural stands on the rear stage side wherein the material is not bitten yet are calculated by rolled load deviation detected in the stand the material is already bitten in, etc., so that the sheet thickness on the outlet side on the final stand agrees with a target value. This rolling-down corrected amount is corrected and outputted by the weight average of this corrected amount and the manual rolling-down corrected amount performed by the operator. The deviation of sheet thickness generated by change of the rolling-down corrected amount of the automatic sheet thickness controlling function is sucked by correcting the rolling-down corrected amount of the stand on the rear stage side.</p>
