Novel carpaine derivatives of general formula (2), wherein A is a direct bond, a -(CH2)n- chain wherein n is 1, 2 or 3, or a -CH2-X- chain wherein X is an oxygen or sulphur atom; and Aryl represents a phenyl, naphthyl, furyl, thienyl, benzofuryl or benzothienyl ring optionally substituted by one or more substituents selected from a halogen atom, a C1-14 alkyl group, a C1-4 alkoxy group, a nitro group, a cyano group, a trifluoromethyl group or a trifluoromethoxy group; and therapeutically acceptable salts of such molecules. The therapeutical uses of such compounds and a method for preparing same are also disclosed. |
