PRODUCTION OF SEPARATION NAIL MADE OF POLYIMIDE RESIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an easy production process for separation nails which can be used in a duplication machine for a long period of time without paper clogging. CONSTITUTION:A preform of separation nail is made from a polyimide resin so that the diameter of the inscribed circle is less than 25mum at the top of the nail, sintered by firing and the product is coated with a tetrafluoroethylene- perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer or a tetrafluoroethylene- hexafluoropropylene copolymer to give the objective separation nail.
