Disclosed is a stabilized vitamin powder comprising one or both of gladden and glutenin and a vitamin. It is preferable that the powder comprises 100 parts by weight of gliadin and/or glutenin and 1 to 51 parts by weight of vitamins. The vitamins may be clathrated and/or coated with gliadin and/or glutenin. The stabilized vitamin powder is useful as a food or feed additive. |
