PURPOSE:To provide a side frame structure for a bed, etc., by which the production process can be simplified and manufacturing cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 11 and a screen plate-shaped member 12 which is joined so as to be set along the frame body 11 are provided. The frame body 11 is formed through the press molding work for a steel member, and a starting part receiving metal fitting 13 and a floor part recciving metal fitting 14 are welded, and a cut part 15 for receiving a link is formed. Further, a fence receiving pipe 16 such as side fence is caulking-fixed from the upper edge surface of the frame body 11. The screen plate-shaped member 12 is formed through the press-forming work. The surface is covered by a decoration sheet made of vinyl chloride resin having the pattern such as wooden pattern. Accordingly, the welded parts can be reduced, and the shortening of the processes is enabled. Further, since the natural wood is not used as screen plate, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. |
