<p>PURPOSE:To repair a large-sized pipe efficiently using a lining material which is lightweight and easy to handle by sticking a tough lining hose spirally in a pipe and curing a setting filler injected into the hose. CONSTITUTION:A tough small sized lining hose 2 is stuck spirally to the inner wall of a large-sized pipe 1. One end of the hose 2 is connected to a vacuum pump 6, and a room temperature curing filler 8 such as cement and resin mortar is injected into the lining hose 2 from the other end of the hose 2 through a hose 7 while the hose being evacuated by the vacuum pump 6. A tubular lining layer is formed on the inner wall of the pipe 1 by the curing of the filler 8 in the lining hose 2.</p> |
