PURPOSE:To reduce the error of the laminating position of sheet like rubber materials and to enhance not only workability and productivity but also quality accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 9 of about 0.5mm is preformed on the rear surface of a tread T at the center in the lateral direction thereof at a time of extrusion molding and the width L between a laminated sheet like rubber material W and the protrusion 9 is detected by an optical reflection sensor 7 and the detected value and preset width becoming a standard are compared and operated by a control unit 8 and, when the detected value is different from the preset width, the guide width mechanism of a guide device 4 is operated to perform the positioning correction of the sheet-like rubber material W.
