METHOD FOR STICKING SKIN MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To stick a skin material of various materials on a core material efficiently and correctly giving a good appearance by a method in which the skin material is caught by the fringe of the core material. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 22 is laminated on the surface 21a of a core material 22 with the part 22b to be caught of the skin material 22 projected from the fringe 27a of the core material 21. A pushing plug 61 is moved forward along the surface 21a of the core material 21 to press the skin material 22 on the surface 21a of the core material 21 by a pressing part 64 to conduct the lamination. When the pressing part 64 passes through the fringe 27a of the core material, the returning pushing plug 61 is deformed elastically. The part 22b to be caught of the skin material 22 is wound up on the back side 21b of the core material 21 by the pressing part 64 of the pushing plug 61 which is projected to the back side 21b of the core material 21. The pushing plug 61 is moved backward so that the part 22b of the skin material 22 is pressed on the fringe 27a of the core material 21 by the pressing part 64 and stuck.
