PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article having a foam layer in an excellent foamed state and being excellent in transferability of a mold surface onto a skin, by using a mold having thin holes for sucking air in a mold cavity surface and by sucking air from the thin holes at the time of blow molding. CONSTITUTION:Molding is conducted by closing a mold 3, by blowing in air through a pin 8 for blowing in the air and by applying pressure. On the occasion of the molding, the air is sucked from thin holes 4 of the mold 3 and thereby air pressure between the outside of parison 2 and the inner surface of the mold is reduced. An inner pressure (A) of a molded body at the time of blow molding is made 2 to 5kg/cm<2>, a pressure (B) between the outside of the parison 2 and the inner surface of the mold 3 at the time of the suction of air is made 0.9kg/cm<2> or below and (A)/(B) is made 2 to 50. The molded body comprising a skin and a foam layer is constructed generally of an inner layer to be a base, the skin of an outer layer and the foam layer between them. |
