PURPOSE:To provide a handler, which can automatically arrange a sliding face of a feeding chute and a sliding face of a semiconductor device storing magazine at the same level, for a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:A handier, which slides a feeding chute 9 so as to store it in a tube magazine 7 after a semiconductor device 6 is measured and classified, is provided with a sliding face position detecting means such as an optical sensor 20, which detects the position of a sliding face 13 of the magazine 7 during transporting the magazine 7 to an unloader position. A magazine transporting means 11 is controlled according to the result detected by the sliding face position detecting means, so that the sliding face 13 of the magazine 7 and a sliding face 12 of an outlet part of the feeding chute 9 are arranged at the same level in the unloader position. |
