摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a coloration method using a color developing compd. inexpensively and simply discriminating an inorg. compd., an org. compd., an organometal compd. or a living body component, and having good visibility also showing fluorescent color forming properties. CONSTITUTION:A coloration method utilizes the reaction of a compd. consisting of p-phenylenedimalononitrile and 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (acceptor) held in a solid support with an inorg. compd., an org. compd., an organometal compd. or a living body component. The compd. held in the solid support reacts with the inorg. compd., the org. compd., the organometal compd. or the living body component to shows peculiar coloration and fluorescent color forming properties. This method is simple and inexpensive as compared with a conventional method and can be utilized in the discrimination of many kinds of substances. This method is widely used as a self-diagnostic drug, a medical simple measuring method, an industrial simple detection method, an optical recording medium, a marking method, various sensors, various inks, paint, a scintillator, a night display lamp, an emergency lamp, a signal lamp or a drowing rescue lamp.
