An automatic connection device is provided for supplying electric power and fluid to the movable tank. Furthermore, when necessary, a traverser device (2) for transferring the movable tank is provided between one conveyance course (1) and another conveyance course (1'). Further, a washing device is provided for washing the movable tank after the completion of the processes.
