CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical intrusion hood 11 formed concentrically with an outer shell 5 to be inscribed on the inner peripheral face of the outer shell 5 is provided on the front inner peripheral face of the cylindrical outer shell 5 slidably in the directions of arrows C, D by an actuator 10 and rotatably around the center line CL of the outer shell 5, i.e., in the directions of arrows A, B, by a rotary ring 7 and a rotary drive device 9.
