摘要 PURPOSE:To surely connect by means of a little force by fitting a lock sleeve, which is energized by a spring toward the point end while freely extends in the diameter and is freely slidable, around one member, forming an inverse taper fitting part, and fitting an inverse taper collet chuck to the fitting part, in a connection mechanism of a structural body such as a spacecraft CONSTITUTION:Tension is applied to a wire 18 by a spring 20, and a fitting part 43 of a rod member 2a is pulled into the inside of a main body collet chuck 44 to be fitted. In this process, the collet chuck 44 is expanded in the diameter by the fitting part, 43 and is brought into contact with the end face of a spring 46, so that the lock sleeve 45 is retracted with compressing the spring 46. The collet chuck 44 is elastically shrink in the diameter simultaneously with the finish of fitting. In this way, contact with the lock sleeve 45 is released, and the lock sleeve 45 is advanced by the spring 46 to be fitted on the outer circumferential face of the collet chuck 44 and locks the collet chuck 44 between the fitting part 43 and it. The lock sleeve 45 is retracted, and connection is released by the inverse procedure.
