PURPOSE:To dispense with a perforating process by a method wherein the diameter of a fitting base part of an insert pipe is made larger than that of a tubular part and parison is made to swell out into the fitting base part when the parison is brought into pressure contact with a mold, while the fore end thereof is burst and communicate with the tubular part. CONSTITUTION:An insert pipe 1 is fitted to a mold 6, parison 9 is brought into pressure contact with the mold and further made to swell out into a fitting base part 3 of the insert pipe 1, and the part of the parison corresponding to a tubular part 2 is burst so that the tubular part 2 and the inside of the parison 9 communicate with each other. The insert pipe is fitted to a blow molded article such as a duct in this way and a pipe perforating process after blow molding is dispensed with. Accordingly, a production efficiency is improved and remaining of cuttings is eliminated. |
