PURPOSE:To obtain a polyimide tubular film, having no fault on the surface of the inside, transparent, uniform, flat, smooth and provided with high physical property as well as accuracy, by a method wherein the tubular film is obtained by coating the mixed liquid of polyamide acid and non-proton organic basic solvent on a thin cylinder and the film is dipped into solidifying and extracting bath immediately, then, is dried and pulled out to make imide by heating. CONSTITUTION:A polyimide tubular film is manufactured by a method wherein the mixed liquid of polyamide acid and non-proton organic solvent is coated on a thin cylinder M to obtain a tubular film B, then, the film is dipped immediately into solidifying and extracting bath obtained by mixing base solvent and non-proton organic basic solvent, to obtain a tubular film C, Subsequently, the film is dired to obtain a tubular film D, then, the film D is pulled out of the thin cylinder M and is heated to obtain imide. The imide is obtained by heating the tubular film D while fitting the same to a porous cylinder, whose outer surface is roughened, to heat it. |
