PURPOSE: To enhance the yield of a sealed silicon accumulator by constituting a transfer mold of mold cavities, gates, a supply port and runners and substantially equalizing the distances along the runners from the supply port to the respective gates. CONSTITUTION: In the top plate of a transfer mold having 16 mold cavities 100-130, the transfer mold is considered to be constituted of four parts and each of the respective parts is constituted of four mold cavities equal in size. A balanced runner array 134 consists of a plurality of runners extending from an inflow port 132 to respective gates 101-107 and the respective runners are arranged according to size so as to distribute a molding compd. substantially equal in temp. to the gates 101-107 of the mold cavities 101-106. The distances between the molding compd. inflow port 132 to the gates 101-107 of the mold cavities 100-106 are substantially equal. |
