PURPOSE:To carry out fault diagnosis of a switch circuit without providing a fault diagnosis device or special apparatuses. CONSTITUTION:If a fault happens in an operation switch 300 or in its input circuit 601, when the operation switch 600 is activated, the condition of the input circuit 601 detected by an input detection means 602 does not change from the condition before operation by the operation switch 600. As a result of comparison by a comparison means 604, the condition detected by the input detection means 602 is matched with the condition stored in a memory means 603, and no alarming by an alarming means 605 occurs. When no alarming by the alarming means 605 occurs at the time of activating the operation switch 600, it is judged that there is a fault in the operation switch or in its operation input circuit 601.
