PURPOSE:To provide a device which can be used easily by a method where a handle lever is erected from a running vehicle body which runs with its wheels and running can be made with the handle held by a user. CONSTITUTION:A drive wheel 2 is mounted on the center of the front side while an idle wheel having a caster angle left and right on the rear side 3. A handle lever 4 is erected upwards obliquely toward the rear and the rear side of the body 1 is formed at a recess part 5 recessed forward in view from the above. A frame 6 is erected on the right and left of the body 1 and the mounting part 8 is pivotally supported to the pivotal shaft in which the frame 6 is inserted. The pin set on the mounting part 8 is engaged with the recessed part 10 and the lever 4 is erected at a proper angle. At a cover 11 to cover the body 1 a small piece-storing recess part 12 is formed, and in a recessed groove formed at the inside of the cover 11 by the recess part formation, a support rod 16 is fitted, then the cover 11 is fixed to the body 1. |
