PURPOSE:To provide a tire vulcanizing press, improved in the accuracy of vulcanizing, by correcting the degree of parallelism, going wrong delicately upon clamping a mold. CONSTITUTION:A tire vulcanizing press M is provided with a top force 6 and a bottom force 5, which are openable to each other, an elevatable slide member 10, a mold pressurizing device 16, calmping the top and bottom forces 6, 5 through the slide member 10, an central mechanism 17, having an elastic forming body 18 shaping a green tier in the top and bottom forces 6, 5 and arranged at the center of the molds, and a spherical coupling device 9, permitting the swinging of at least one of the top and bottom forces 6, 5. The swinging, effected by the spherical coupling device 9, is restricted until the top and bottom forces 6, 5 are provided with a clamping force, while balancing means 19, permitting said swinging upon providing the mold clamping force, are provided at least symmetrical positions with respect to the center of the mold while the balance means 19 is provided with a resiliently retaining spring 20 and a regulating unit 21 of the spring force. |
