PURPOSE:To eliminate a nitrogen gas compressing unit and to gas-assistant injection mold with a simple mechanism by storing low pressure gas and water in a cylinder, further pouring high pressure water, generating gas of a predetermined pressure, and then hydraulically gas-assistant injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid valve 10 is first operated, and water of cylinder 6 is press injected to a cylinder 1 by a propulsion force of an air cylinder 9. When arriving at a set pressure of a pressure valve 13, the injection is stopped, a piston 8 is returned, and water is supplied to the cylinder 6. On the other hand, the water press injected previously to the cylinder 1 is separated from nitrogen by gravity, etc., and stored in a lower part. A rod 4-1 of a large- diameter air cylinder 4 is advanced according to a gas introduction command signal from an injection molding machine to reach a predetermined introducing pressure responsive to an air pressure. When an introducing valve 12 is opened, the nitrogen is first press injected and the water is then press injected from a check valve 13 to a molded form 17 in an already injected mold cavity 16 through an injection nozzle 14 and a sprue 15. |
