The invention relates to a signal alignment device (15), intended to guarantee a substantially fixed phase with respect to an exchange clock (14) for data signals (13) generated by transmission means (17) of an electronic component (11). According to the invention, the device comprises: - transcoding means associating at least one parameter affecting the propagation times within the said electronic component with a phase-shift duration substantially proportional to the said propagation times; and - phase-shifting means making it possible to phase shift the said exchange clock (14) by a duration equal to the said phase-shifting duration, and delivering a phase-shifted exchange clock (16), the said phase-shifted exchange clock (16) being used by the said transmission means (17) in order to generate the said data signals (13).
