PURPOSE:To safely and surely guide a passenger to the target place by executing guide processing from an automatic ticket examination machine to the entrance to a platform with radio communication between a communication unit for guide inside a station and the communication unit of a passenger ticket after ticket examination. CONSTITUTION:When the passenger gets close to an automatic ticket examination machine, communication between a season ticket and the automatic ticket examination machine 4 is started. When the season ticket is owned by the passenger handicapped in sight, voice information for guiding the passenger to the automatic ticket examination machine 4 is transmitted from the automatic ticket examination machine 4 to the season ticket and at the season ticket, the received information is transmitted through a speaker or earphone to the passenger. When the passenger enters the automatic ticket examination machine 4, ticket examination processing is started. At such a time, the destination of the passenger is discriminated and guide processing is started corresponding to the destination. Namely, the radio communication is repeated between a guide means 7, for which respective guide communication units linked to platforms 3 by destinations are embedded, and the various voice information is transmitted to the passenger while grasping the movement of that passenger. |
