MANUFACTURE OF CHIP-TYPE ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND LEAD WIRE BENDING DEVICE USED FOR IT

PURPOSE:To regulate and guide a lead wire to a final bending position for bending it smoothly in the bending process of the lead wire of a chip-type electrolytic capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Lead wires 231 and 232 protruding from the main element of a capacitor 200 formed in a specific shape are pushed into the corresponding guide groove of a guide tool 20 by bending pieces 332 and 333 of a bending tool 30 and then the lead wires 231 and 232 are bent to the final bending position by pushing in the bending pieces 332 and 333 while they are regulated and guided by the guide groove.
