PURPOSE:To detach a speed control system in front of a target position, and to accelerate an access in the access controller of a linear motor accessing the target position while applying speed control. CONSTITUTION:A first changeover means 11 is operated by the control signal of a position sensing means 10 detecting a section in front of a target position and a speed control loop is separated while a second changeover means 13 is operated, a phase compensation circuit 12 is inserted into a system, and added, and leading-in control is stabilized and the speed of the leading-in control is increased by a position control system. Accordingly, the speed control loop is detached before a target-position fixed value, thus eliminating speed damping, then accelerating the response of a travel. Consequently, an access time up to the target position is shortened. |
