Construction material, employing conjointly a cellular resin, a hardener and an assembly of aggregates. The reactive composition is made up of one hundred parts by volume of a cellular resin, and of fifteen parts by volume of a hardener. The said reactive composition is used in a proportion of 16 % by volume relative to the assembly of mineral aggregates. The invention makes it possible to manufacture agglomerates for building, especially in the developing countries and/or in countries which have suffered a disaster.
