A pack supporting pharmaceutical phials 1 comprises detachable parts 28, 29 in the form of tongues, capable of being used as tweezers for grasping the point 1a of the phial to be broken. The tongue 28, 29, folded in a V-shape, is placed between the fingers of the user and the point 1a; it forms a protective screen enabling the point to be grasped perpendicular to the point's breaking line in order to reduce the breaking force and traps all of the particles together with the broken point of the phial. <IMAGE>
