PURPOSE:To control especially a command current by comparing the current with zero V by digital processing, to make the current constant and to prevent the speed reduction of a motor caused by inverse back electromotive force. CONSTITUTION:In the current control method for a brushless motor, command currents (iu*, iv* and iw*) are compared with zero V. The results of the comparison are latched at the rising of a clock (28), and any of transistors (UH-WL) in the applicable phase is turned ON. When the command current (iu*, iv* or iw*) becomes equal to actual current (iu, iv or iw), the transistor (any of UH-WL) is turned OFF. The current value does not exceed the command currents (iu*, iv* and iw*) in this constitution. |
