PURPOSE:To display handwritten strokes on an input face with a simple structure and to easily erase them. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the method and the device for handwriting input where a character, a graphic, or the like written on an input part 1 with a writing tool or the like is electrically detected as input data, a display body 2 on which a pressured part is shown as a stroke at the time of pressuring for write and this stroke can be erased and from which the write input is transmitted to the input part 1 is arranged on the input part 1.
