<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a circulating cooler using pure water in which elution of copper of a heat exchanger can be prevented and which has long lifetime and high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A circulating cooler using pure water circulates pure water through a cooler, a heat exchanger, an auxiliary tank and a pump to feed it partly to a pure water unit by utilizing pressure of the pump to maintain purity of the water, and comprises a cover 32 mounted at a vessel 30 of the tank 1 via a packing 31, a placing base 36a made of a material for permeating the air to place oxygen scavenger 35 inside the cover 32 of the tank 1, wherein the scavenger 35 containing iron powder, iron oxide as a main ingredient is filled in a bag and placed on the base 36a.</p> |
