<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image device which can form a high-quality latent image on a photosensitive body or which can generate a precise electric signal corresponding to external image information to a solid image pickup element array. CONSTITUTION:This image device consists of a lens plate 2 where plural lenses 5 are linearly arrayed and supported at prescribed intervals, a base plate 1 where many image pickup element arrays 4 are linearly arrayed and mounted on a supporting body 3 side by side so that the respective lenses 5 and the respective arrays 4 are made to correspond one to one. Besides, the coefficient of the thermal expansion of the plate 2 supporting the lenses 5 and the plate 1 where the arrays 4 are mounted are set to be substantially identical. Simultaneously, the respective central parts of the plates 2 and 1 are fixed to the supporting body 3.</p> |
