The device of the invention is intended to permit the coating of flexible and partially deformable tubes for the purpose of giving them sealing or thermal insulation and/or electrical insulation properties. This device, intended to cover the outer surface of the tube with a curable fluid substance, is characterised in that it is composed of a casing (2) provided with a nozzle (16) for injecting the substance (18) and with an inlet orifice (6) and an outlet orifice (8) facing each other, enabling the tube to travel continuously inside it, and of a core (20, 21, 22) placed inside the tube, the core extending between the two orifices (6, 8) and having a downstream end (22) of cross-section equal to that of the tube and an upstream end (20) of cross-section greater than that of the inlet orifice inside which it is located; since the tube travels through the casing (2) and the substance (18) is injected under pressure into it, the substance (18) accompanies the tube in its movement out, whereas the core (20, 21, 22) remains positioned in the casing (2). <IMAGE>
