PURPOSE:To improve the operationability of handling largely by easily detecting the abnormality of a gap without conducting troublesome gap inspection operation. CONSTITUTION:A current-value storage circuit 47, in which a motor-load current value at the time of specified load operation at a time when the abrasion loss of a brake lining or a brake shoe for a friction type brake gear 9 is kept within a normal range is stored, is installed while a current detector 46 detecting motor load currents is mounted in a motor 41 with a brake. A motor-load current detecting value detected by the current detector 46 at the time of the same load operation as specified load and the motor-load current value stored in the current-value storage circuit 47 are compared, thus detecting the abnormality of the gap of the brake gear 9. |
