Analogic digital optoelectromagnetic counting systems for fluids comprising an emitting assembly, a receiving assembly, rack and remote billing means. The emitter comprises a body inside which its turbine turns driven by the circulating fluid, to which it has magnetic poles inducing on an electronic circuit assembled on the same support electromagnetic magnitudes changes which are then analyzed and relayed by cable to the receiver, fitted with a sight hole housing the reading display and connecting pins, the said receiver receiving a coding being adequate to the volume unit required according with the turbine revolutions, and the said receivers, being in variable number, are assembled on a rack fitted with adequate electronic circuits and a Modem unit to output data from each counter on to a remote process and billing center.
