<p>PURPOSE:To extremely simply outside-press-fit various kinds of components to a microshaft without gall. CONSTITUTION:A shaft body 1 which is quench-hardened and finish-machined in its outside diameter according to the dimensional accuracy of an outline where a pressed-in part can at least be outside-fitted and forcedly slid is formed, and then a super hard grinding wheel such as a diamond grindstone is pressed into contact with the whole periphery of a portion where a part 3 is outside- fittedly pressed in the shaft body 1 and rotated on the periphery to form a minutely irregular face for obtaining the pressed-in outside dimension being somewhat larger of the shaft body 1, and the part 3 is outside press-fitted to the portion where the minutely irregular face is formed. Thus, in the case of pressing the part 3 onto the shaft body 1, the part 3 can slide without gall except a press-in spot 2, and is initially fixed under fixed press-in strength on the press-in spot, and the part 3 can be press-in without gall.</p> |
