One (4) of the internal skeletons of the connecting rod consists on the one hand of a core 4a for receiving a fixing pin and, on the other hand, of a plate 4b acting as a seating for masses 7 of an elastic substance bonded between this plate and the internal wall of the rigid exterior body 1 of the connecting rod. It is thus possible to increase considerably the axial shear loads taken up by these masses without increasing the thickness e of the connecting rod. This connecting rod thus provides excellent filtration of vibration. Application to the motor industry. <IMAGE>
