The invention relates to a device making it possible to incorporate an anti-parasite refill element (5) within a collar for an animal, making it possible particularly to avoid any direct contact with the fur or the skin of the animal. It consists of a porous sheath (1) assembled in the region of the area (2) within a collar (3). Through the opening (4) of the sheath (1) the refill element (5) is entirely inserted so that the diffusion of the anti-parasite product takes place through the porous orifices (6) of the structure of the sheath (1).
