PURPOSE:To easily attain manufacturing a minute hologram of extent where respective minute holograms correspond to color filter pixels by photographing respective minute holograms in one sheet of photosensitive material in parallel while interfering a converged luminous flux or a divergent luminous flux with a parallel luminous flux. CONSTITUTION:The converged luminous flux 10 from a convergent lens 9 is made incident on a hologram photosensitive material 8 nearly perpendicularly, and the parallel luminous flux 11 is made incident at an angle roughly equal to a prescribed angle theta for the normal of the photosensitive material 8, and one minute hologram is photographed by interfering both fluxes with each other. Then, the photosensitive material 8 is moved by the pixel pitch L of a color filter relatively, and the adjacent minute hologram is photographed similarly, and a hologram array is photographed on the whole hologram photosensitive material 8 surface by stepping and repeating similarly to that. Then, the photosensitive material 8 is developed, and the minute hologram array is formed. At this time, the minute hologram photosensitive material 8 is required to have no or a little wavelength dependency on diffraction efficiency after development. |
