PURPOSE:To reduce the occupied area of a light-receiving-face electrode, to reduce a series resistance and to enhance the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the title solar cell by a method wherein the cross-sectional area perpendicular to the current extraction direction of the light-receiving-face electrode is made large toward a current extraction part from the tip of the light-receiving-face electrode. CONSTITUTION:A light-receiving-face electrode 4' is formed in a shape in which its cross-sectional area becomes large toward its current extraction part E' from its tip A' and in which the increase rate of the cross-sectional area becomes large toward the extraction part E' from the tip A'. Thereby, without increasing the cross-sectional area on the side of the tip A', the cross-sectional area on the side of the extraction part E' can be increased as required. It is possible to comply with a rate at which a current Ix flowing in the light-receiving-face electrode 4' is increased according to an increase in the Ix' toward the extraction part E' from the tip A'. The lightreceiving-face electrode 4' is formed in a shape in which its film thickness is fixed and in which its line width is made large toward the extraction part E' from the tip A', and the increase rate of the line width of the light-receiving electrode 4' is made large toward the extraction part E' from the tip A' so as to be divided into four stages according to the definition of the formula. |
