<p>PURPOSE:To provide the communication ticket issuing machine which can easily and speedily find out where to make contact of the user of a communication ticket without fail and can considerably reduce time and labor required for the retrieval. CONSTITUTION:This machine issues the communication ticket according to input data from an operator corresponding to the described contents of an application form 30, the image data of the application form 30 are read by an application form reading part 6, and those read image data are stored in a magnetic disk device 12 corresponding to the input data. The input data in this magnetic disk device 12 become keys for retrieving the correspondent image data. By inputting these keys, the correspondent image data are retrieved and read from the inside of the same magnetic disk device 12, and the read image data are displayed on a CRT display part 7.</p> |
