PURPOSE:To continuously correct the disturbed oriented-directions of magnetic particles having magnetic anisotropy by again orienting continuously molded products in a magnetic field by a magnetic-field-oriented extrusion molding method after partially heating and melting required magnetic pole sections only. CONSTITUTION:Molded products 2 on which magnetic poles are formed by magnetization along the length direction of the products are continuously formed by extrusion molding a raw material for bond magnets containing magnetic particles having magnetic anisotropy by means of a magnetic-field-oriented extrusion molding machine 1 and, at the same time, magnetically orienting the raw material. When the products 2 are cooled and solidified by means of a cooling device 3, the oriented direction of the magnetic particles are fixed. Then after heating the surfaces of the products 2 near at least one or more magnetic poles by means of a local heating device 4 positioned along the feeding direction of the products 2, the products 2 are passed through the magnetic field of a continuous reorienting device 5 so as to reorient the magnetic particles constituting specific magnetic poles and the products 2 are solidified by cooling. Therefore, a magnetic roll having a high degree of orientation near its surface and improved in surface magnetic flux density can be obtained. |
