PURPOSE: To provide the self-generated node network generating method which easily transfers structure data and its device. CONSTITUTION: A node network checks the type of the structured data and generates itself from a root node 42. Through this investigation, the root node 42 generates a data node from a list node. In case of a data type, the data node is generated and a pointer tag to the structured data is stored. In case of a constitution type, the list node is generated. The list node further generates and includes a list/data node and the included node list is stored. A communication is made only between direct parent and child nodes. A command for writing the node network out, etc., is sent to the network through the root node 42. If the root node 42 can not execute the command, the command is relayed to a downstream node in order until a node that can execute it is reached. A command from the list node which investigates the structured data, etc., is relayed upstream until a parent node which can execute it is reached.
