摘要 PURPOSE:To perform an appropriate rotation control of motors by detecting operation states of power consuming elements and changing the loop-gain for a feed-back control in accordance with the anticipated value of a voltage fluctuation quantity from the operation states. CONSTITUTION:A voltage fluctuation quantity at every point of time is obtained by adding successively predicted voltage fluctuation data stored time sequentially in variables (X0 to Xn) in accordance with power consuming properties at the time of drivings of respective power consuming elements such as a focus motor 13, a zoom motor 14, an iris motor 15, a light receiving CCD 16, an irradiation controlling circuit 17 for a distance measurement infrared ray, a tracking motor 18 or the like using driving signals as triggers. Further, whether drivings for the focus motor 13, the zoom motor 14, and the tracking motor 18 are to be interrupted or not is decided by comparing the voltage fluctuation quantity with a set value (N0) and a correction modulus (k) is calculated by comparing the quantity with a set value (N1).
