<p>PURPOSE:To cut down cost and embody a thinner film, and what is more, to protect the shape of a metal lead terminal from being distorted by clamping the metal lead terminal comprising a binding part and a clamped electrode in such a fashion that the terminal may be fixed with at least one end face of a lower end frame and conduction-connecting the end of a winding to the binding part of the metal lead terminal. CONSTITUTION:A lower end frame 5 of a drum-shaped magnetic core 10 is rectangular-shaped in such a fashion that it may be larger than an upper end frame 3. A metal lead terminal 14 which comprises a projected binding part 12 which binds the tip of a winding 11 and an U-shaped clamped electrode which is bent in the shape of a hair pin together with the bound part is clamped and fixed with end faces 4 and 6 of a lower end frame 5. The end of a winding 11 is bundled with the binding part 12 of the metal lead terminal 14 and conduction-connected. A recess-shaped groove 26, which is equivalent to the clamped part of the clamped electrode 13 is formed around the peripheral part of a lower end frame 25 which clamps the clamped electrode 13 of the metal lead, thereby burying the fixed metal lead terminal 14 in the lower end frame 25.</p> |
