<p>PURPOSE:To provide a vibration-proof device for piping which prevents adverse effects of fine vibration to a precision apparatus by the simple structure and has also the vibration resistance to impact such as earthquake. CONSTITUTION:Stoppers 21a, 21b whose top ends 23a, 23b abut on inner surfaces of side walls 11c, 11d of a casing body 11 by elastic bouncing force of a spring and slidably moved on the inner surfaces of the side walls 11c, 11d according to the extension/contraction in the axial direction of a spring vibration isolator 12 are provided on the side surfaces of a base plate 13 provided on the end of the spring vibration isolator 12, and engaging parts 25a, 26a to be engaged with the top ends 23a, 23b of the stoppers 21a, 21b when the spring vibration isolator 12 is axially moved by the extension/contraction thereof by the fixed distance are provided on the side walls 11c, 11d of the casing 11.</p> |
