MANUFACTURE OF RARE-EARTH PERMANENT MAGNET

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture an anisotropic resin or metallic bond magnet by using an extrusion molding method which does not require any magnetic field for orientation at the time of extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:In this method, an anisotropic magnet is manufactured by performing extrusion molding without using any magnetic field by demagnetizing a magnet molded by heat fluctuation while the magnet is oriented in a magnetic field. Therefore, an anisotropic resin or metallic bond magnet can be obtained by using an extrusion molding method which does not require any magnetic field for orientation at the time of extrusion molding.
