The invention relates to a system allowing air transport of loads, by means of an original drive, with a reduced size, better manoeuvrability, greater safety and low cost. The invention consists in the driving of two contra-rotating rotors, whether coaxial or not, by two crowns, one internal, one external, on the same plane or superimposed, moved by wheels. The device, according to the invention, is particularly intended for creating light, quiet helicopters of small size and of low cost.
