PURPOSE:To Obtain a high dielectric constant dielectric ceramic composite which can suppress the capacitance variation, and has an excellent characteristics, as to a high dielectric constant dielectric ceramic composite used as a layered ceramics capacitor. CONSTITUTION:When the main component of this composite is shown as xBaO+ yTiO2+zSmO3/2 (x+y+z=1), its value is within a scope surrounded by a, b, c, d, and e (where a: x=0.5025, y=0.4885, and z=0.009; b: x=0.5060, y=0.4920, and z=0.002; c: x=0.5060, y=0.4930, and z=0.001; d: x=05000, y=0.4990, and z=0.001; and e: x=0.4960, y=0.4950, and z=0.010). As the auxiliary component to the above main component, 0.6 to 2.4wt% of a niobium oxide converted to the form Nb2O5, and 0.05 to 0.60wt% of a magnesium oxide converted to the form MgO are included to compose the component. |
