The assembling and disassembling device for shock absorbor comprises (A) the power trans device (2) which is rotated by impact (10) and moves the stand (17) of guide axis (15)(15a); (B) the safety device (4); (C) the fixed ring (7) preventing a pushing of the spring support (6); and (D) the supporting leg (5) having a projected part (5a) and an axis (5b) supporting the supporting plate (9) of the shock absorbor (3).
