The invention relates to a dispenser for free-flowing substances, in particular toothpaste, creams and the like, consisting of a container which is open at the top and whose opening is closed by a fitted-on pump whose suction pipe protrudes into the container. The object of the invention is to design the dispenser in such a way that it is refillable and can be used for a plurality of fillings. The invention consists in that a receptacle holding the free-flowing substance is inserted in the container and is attached to the upper edge thereof. This receptacle holding the free-flowing substance is exchangeable. It can be made of very inexpensive material in a simple manner. Its material is also hardly reusable due to the residues of free-flowing substance. However, with the exchangeable container, only little material is lost which was able to be processed with very little manufacturing outlay to form the exchangeable container.
